[Studying today] Electric Sequence E02:: self holding circuit
포근한테디 2023. 11. 2. 09:45Today, I'm going to continue to post about the self-supporting circuit.
I want to proceed with the self-supporting circuit, the on-priority circuit, and the off-priority circuit among the self-supporting circuits.
A self-supporting circuit is the most basic of the electrical sequences, and it's the circuit that's all about it.
If the magnetic retention circuit cannot be performed, the next step in the electrical sequence cannot be performed.
I don't know if I can go from here to PLC, but if I go into PLC, magnetic retention circuits are essential circuits.
So it's better to make sure you understand the self-supporting circuit at the beginning and move on later.
self holding circuit:
The self-maintenance circuit is a circuit that maintains Relay ON through Relay A contact while pressing the A contact switch as shown in the figure.
This circuit can proceed to self-maintenance, but it cannot proceed with self-maintenance because there is no power cut.
on priority circuit:
If you click PB1 (contact A), Relay is ON and Relay A contact is attached, and because PB2 is contact B, Relay will proceed with self-maintenance.
If you press PB2 (B contact), the power supplied to Relay will be disconnected, so self-maintenance will be released.
Up to this point, it's just a circuit that releases self-maintenance by adding a B contact switch to a normal self-maintenance circuit.
However, the circuit diagram varies depending on what takes precedence when PB1 (contact A) and PB2 (contact B) are pressed simultaneously.
The ON priority circuit is a circuit in which PB1 proceeds preferentially when PB1 (A contact) and PB2 (B contact) are pressed as shown in the figure, and the relay is turned on.
Off priority circuit:
If you click PB1 (contact A), Relay is ON and Relay A contact is attached, and because PB2 is contact B, Relay will proceed with self-maintenance.
If you press PB2 (B contact), the power supplied to Relay will be disconnected, so self-maintenance will be released.
The OFF priority circuit is a circuit in which PB2 proceeds preferentially when PB1 (A contact) and PB2 (B contact) are pressed as shown in the figure, and the relay becomes OFF.
So we've looked at three self-supporting circuits.
These three self-supporting circuits are very basic and widely used circuits for constructing circuits.
It's a necessary circuit for those preparing for the electrical technician's practical test, so I would appreciate it if you refer to it.
Later, I'm going to decorate the electrician's practical circuit, so I'd like to go all the way together.
Thank you for reading my message today.
